These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wild Block Blast ("Wild Block Blast", "the Game", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Wild Block Blast, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the App.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed in connection with Wild Block Blast.

1. About Wild Block Blast

Wild Block Blast is a casual puzzle game provided for personal entertainment.

The current version of the App:

• does not require user registration or account creation;
• does not require a login;
• does not provide in-app purchases or subscriptions;
• does not process payments or financial transactions;
• does not provide user-to-user communication;
• does not provide user-generated content functionality; and
• does not operate a game server or user account backend maintained by us.

The Game may be updated or changed in the future. If new functionality materially changes the way the App operates, these Terms may be updated accordingly.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Wild Block Blast, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the App on behalf of a child or allowing a child to use the App, you are responsible for supervising that use where appropriate and for complying with applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wild Block Blast for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.

You may use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
• modify or create derivative works of the App or its assets;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the App's source code;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the App;
• use cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, hacks, modified clients, or unauthorized automation;
• manipulate gameplay, scores, rewards, advertising events, or other game functionality through unauthorized means;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems associated with the App;
• use the App for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful purposes; or
• assist another person in carrying out any prohibited activity.

Where applicable law gives you a right to perform an activity that cannot legally be restricted, that right is not affected by these Terms.

5. Gameplay, Progress, and Local Data

Wild Block Blast may store gameplay information locally on your device, such as:

• scores;
• progress;
• levels or stages;
• achievements;
• coins or other in-game values;
• rewards;
• settings; and
• other gameplay preferences.

Because this information may be stored locally, it may be lost if you:

• uninstall the App;
• clear the App's data;
• reset your device;
• change or replace your device;
• experience device storage failure; or
• otherwise lose access to locally stored App data.

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, we do not guarantee that game progress, scores, rewards, or settings will always be preserved.

6. Virtual Items, Coins, and Rewards

Wild Block Blast may include gameplay elements such as virtual coins, rewards, boosters, daily gifts, scores, achievements, or similar items.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• these items are for use within the Game only;
• they have no real-world monetary value;
• they cannot be redeemed for cash;
• they cannot be transferred or sold outside the Game;
• they cannot be exchanged for real-world goods or services; and
• they do not represent ownership of any real-world asset.

We may modify, rebalance, replace, suspend, or remove virtual items or rewards as part of changes to the Game, subject to applicable law.

7. Advertisements

Wild Block Blast is supported by advertising revenue.

The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Advertisements may include banner, interstitial, rewarded, or other formats supported by the applicable advertising service and enabled in the App.

Advertisement availability may depend on factors such as:

• your location or region;
• your device;
• network connectivity;
• advertising preferences or consent;
• available advertising inventory;
• technical availability; and
• applicable advertising policies.

We do not guarantee that a particular advertisement, advertiser, or advertising format will always be available.

Google Play requires developers to ensure advertisements comply with applicable Play policies, including requirements relating to deceptive ads and advertising shown in apps intended for children.

8. Rewarded Advertisements

Where a rewarded advertisement is available, participation is optional.

If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, the applicable in-game reward is provided only when the advertising service confirms that the required advertising event has been completed successfully.

We do not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

If an advertising event is interrupted, fails to complete, or is not validated by the advertising service, the reward may not be granted.

You must not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to generate advertising impressions, clicks, or rewarded events.

9. Advertising and Fair Use

You must not intentionally generate fraudulent advertising activity, including by:

• repeatedly clicking advertisements without genuine interest;
• using automated clicking tools;
• using bots or scripts;
• manipulating ad events;
• using modified versions of the App to generate advertising activity; or
• attempting to artificially increase advertising revenue.

We may take reasonable technical or other measures to protect the App and advertising ecosystem against fraudulent or abusive activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Notifications

Wild Block Blast may send game-related notifications.

The current version may send static notifications approximately every five hours, subject to device settings, operating-system behavior, notification permissions, and technical limitations.

These notifications are intended to provide game-related reminders or other information associated with Wild Block Blast.

Notifications will not intentionally be designed to impersonate operating-system warnings, security alerts, or other system functionality.

Google Play prohibits apps and ads from mimicking system notifications or warnings and requires notifications to be clearly attributable to the app.

You may disable notifications through your device settings where supported.

11. No In-App Purchases or Financial Transactions

Wild Block Blast currently does not offer:

• in-app purchases;
• subscriptions;
• paid virtual currency;
• payment processing;
• paid upgrades; or
• other financial transactions within the App.

The Game is currently monetized through advertising.

If paid functionality is introduced in a future version, the applicable purchasing terms, pricing information, disclosures, and required consumer protections will be provided as required by applicable law and platform policies.

12. Fair Gameplay

Wild Block Blast is intended to provide a fair and enjoyable gameplay experience.

You must not intentionally exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, unintended behavior, or technical weaknesses to obtain an unfair advantage.

We may take reasonable actions to protect the integrity and security of the Game, including restricting or removing access to affected gameplay functionality where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Because the Game does not currently use user accounts or an online game server operated by us, our ability to identify and address certain forms of misuse may be technically limited.

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Wild Block Blast and its content are owned by us or our licensors, except for rights belonging to third-party providers.

This may include:

• software;
• source and object code;
• game mechanics and design elements;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• icons;
• animations;
• sounds;
• music;
• text;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• user-interface elements; and
• other materials associated with the Game.

Except for the limited license expressly granted by these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected materials without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

Wild Block Blast currently uses Google AdMob for advertising.

Google AdMob is a third-party service operated by Google and is subject to Google's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

The App may also depend on functionality provided by the mobile operating system and the Google Play platform.

We are not responsible for independent services, websites, content, advertisements, products, or services operated by third parties.

Your interactions with third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

15. Third-Party Advertisements

Advertisements displayed through Wild Block Blast may promote third-party products, applications, websites, or services.

We do not control the content of every third-party advertisement supplied by the advertising provider.

We do not guarantee or endorse every product, service, or claim presented through a third-party advertisement.

You should exercise your own judgment before interacting with an advertisement or using a third-party service.

Any transaction or relationship resulting from your interaction with a third-party advertiser is between you and that third party.

16. Privacy

Your use of Wild Block Blast is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Wild Block Blast handles information and describes the limited processing that may occur through Google AdMob and other functionality required by the App.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your understanding of how the App operates.

17. Family and Children's Use

Wild Block Blast is a family-friendly game.

The Game may be used by children and adults where permitted by applicable law.

We do not intentionally require children to provide personal information for normal gameplay.

Where Wild Block Blast is distributed to or made available for use by children, we will follow applicable laws and relevant Google Play requirements concerning children, advertising, privacy, and content.

Google Play's Families policy imposes additional requirements on monetization and advertising when an app targets children or includes children in its target audience.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of mobile applications and review device and app settings where appropriate.

18. App Updates and Changes

We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or new versions of Wild Block Blast.

Updates may:

• add or remove features;
• modify gameplay;
• change graphics or interface elements;
• change rewards or game mechanics;
• improve compatibility;
• address security issues;
• modify advertising configurations; or
• correct bugs and technical problems.

We may require an update in order to continue supporting certain versions of the App.

19. Availability of the Game

We aim to keep Wild Block Blast available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Game will always be:

• available;
• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• secure;
• compatible with every device; or
• available in every country or region.

Availability may be affected by:

• device limitations;
• operating-system changes;
• maintenance;
• technical problems;
• network conditions;
• third-party service availability;
• security measures; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Block Blast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or errors or that it will meet every particular requirement or expectation.

We do not guarantee that any particular score, reward, level, feature, advertisement, or gameplay experience will always be available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Wild Block Blast.

This may include, where legally permitted:

• loss of locally stored game progress;
• loss of data;
• interruption of gameplay;
• loss of opportunities;
• device-related losses; or
• other indirect losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Your Device and Network

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and for any mobile data, internet, or other telecommunications charges incurred while using the App.

We are not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile network provider, internet provider, device manufacturer, or operating-system provider.

23. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using Wild Block Blast at any time by uninstalling the App.

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to the App or particular functionality if you:

• materially breach these Terms;
• use unauthorized software;
• engage in fraudulent or abusive activity;
• compromise the security or integrity of the Game; or
• create a material risk to the App, users, or third parties.

Because the Game does not currently use user accounts, termination may primarily occur through restriction or discontinuation of the App or particular functionality rather than suspension of an individual account.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• changes to the App;
• changes to our services;
• changes in advertising functionality;
• changes to third-party services;
• changes in applicable laws or regulations;
• changes to Google Play requirements; or
• other operational or security needs.

When we make material changes, we may update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

The updated Terms will apply from their effective date to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Google Play and Platform Requirements

Wild Block Blast is distributed through Google Play and is subject to applicable Google Play policies and requirements.

We are responsible for ensuring that the App and the third-party SDKs integrated into it are used in a manner consistent with applicable Google Play policies. Google Play's current SDK policy expressly makes developers responsible for third-party SDK data practices used in their apps.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override applicable Google Play requirements.

Your use of Google Play itself may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

26. Compliance with Law

You agree to use Wild Block Blast in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may take reasonable steps necessary to comply with:

• applicable law;
• lawful requests;
• regulatory requirements;
• security obligations; and
• applicable platform policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory legal rights available to you.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wild Block Blast, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws require otherwise.

Where the law in your jurisdiction provides mandatory rights or protections that cannot be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
